Clinical Mental Health Counseling

About my practice

Empathy, compassion, and patience are the foundation of my practice. I believe in utilizing the power of the therapeutic relationship in combination with a variety of evidence based practices to empower you to learn the tools you need to work towards your goals.

I offer therapy via telehealth with limited in-person availability. I'm available weekdays, including evenings, with some weekend spots.

Together we will build an individualized plan that is tailored towards your needs.

Scheduling an appointment

If you are interested in starting therapy with me, please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.

I welcome teens and adults to my practice. There are many reasons that lead to the decision to seek therapy, and I believe in meeting you where you are in this process.

I primarily use mindfulness based practices, calling on CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you better understand yourself and develop strategies to navigate life's stressors.

I have experience working with individuals with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and chronic health conditions. I have specialized training working with high school and college students as well as individuals with histories of trauma and relational challenges.

I hold the following degrees & certifications:
MS in Counseling from University of Vermont
BA in Geoscience and Mathematics from Hamilton College

National Certified Counselor
Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition
